The deadline for submissions to the next official ACC Newsletter, "The Arkansas Paddler" is July 15th. I will accept submissions from anyone. I usually print all submissions but reserve the right to edit, postpone or reject. Please send me submissions in Microsoft Word format as an attachment. I welcome photos too especially if they correspond with an article. Save and send photos as separate jpg images please and do not simply paste them into the Word document. I won't reject any article outright simply due to the topic but obviously a non paddling related article will likely not find it's way to the printer.

Trip Reports (duh)
Camp cooking recipes
Paddling related poetry
Paddling related cartoons
Gear reviews

If you submit a photo, please include the name of the photographer (spelled correctly), the approximate date and location of the photo and a suggested caption.

Isn't July 15th already past?

Gordon's calendar works differently than the one the rest of us use.

The deadline is August 15th. Not much time left to get your work published, however, so get those keyboards clacking.
