Pecos River Journal - Flashback

The next entry in the Pecos River Journal is about my first trip back to the river, which happened a few days after the flash flood. Due to work, Dan couldn't accompany me, so I invited my wife, and with the help of a Border Patrol agent, we were able to get back down to the campsite where we left our kayaks and camping equipment during the flood. This is the story of that first return to the river.
