Where is the best access point on the Cadron to get good water and what's the grades.

The best short run is from pinnacle springs to hwy 65, or from Cadron creek outfitters to 65 if cco is open. The hardest rapids are still just Class II, but that is enough for playing and skill building .

But if your primary goal is to rebuild your skills , for most of the summer Rockport is where you need to go

In addition to what Cowper said, Cadron Creek Outfitters is 5 bucks a boat I believe, and typically open Fri-Sunday on weekends with favorable paddling conditions and creek levels.
