Little Missouri Friday October 11

I'm going to try a single generator release just to see what its like. Lupe is curious about it, Kruger assures me that is is enough water. So I would like to meet anyone interested at 3 p.m. at the Riverside Park put-in and be on the river about 3:30. I don't expect to encounter any whitewater and am taking my recreational canoe. BOB

Bob, the spreadsheet I'm seeing is saying 16kw for Friday. That's 2 gens I believe. If I weren't working, I'd be there. Have fun!

Clay's right...and also it's starting at 2pm.

I'm pulling an all nighter and have already been "asked" to work on Saturday, so I'm obviously not paddling! Have fun!

Thanks Heather and Clay, the two of you were both correct in that it was a two generator release. I was disappointed both in myself for not taking my play boat and that I was hoping to try a single generator release for the first time. I got on the water at 3:45 and because I wasn't playing caught up with head of the flow just above the last man made dam. So once again I wasted another beautiful day boating. BOB
