I have a old perception jib that I can almost get into! Would make a great plastic squirt boat. I need the knee hooks to raise alittle so I can get in! Anybody ever heated and modified a boat? Tips/tricks??????

Take out the thigh braces/pads and shape your own with foam? Seems a lot safer than reheating a kayak and trying to reshape.

Also, reheating and reshaping would be hard. Really hard.
