ILLINOIS BAYOU VIDEO FROM 1/19/13

I need to increase the resolution in future videos. I didn't use the highest setting in an effort to reduce the astronomical upload times, but the quality seems to step down a notch during processing to get it online. The moderate water level of 6.2 feet on the Scottsville gage made for an easy going outing for Ken, Curtis, Terry, Zach, and me.
