Google Earth .kmz file

Post by iYak » Tue Jan 08, 2013 10:10 pm

The old link to download the .kmz data(estimated precipitation) for Google Earth no longer works.

I found this one that works: http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/kmzgenerator.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The Google Earth instructions on the home page http://www.arkansascanoeclub.com/Defaul ... eId=655877" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, need to be updated with the new link, http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/kmzgenerator.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Thank you admins.

Different instructions with pictures are located here https://sites.google.com/site/robpollan2/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yes, I'm expecting some good rains because my thumb is buggered up and I don't think I'll be able to paddle. Went in for an x-ray on Monday, but still haven't heard from the doctor about the results. Maybe I'll get them on Thursday, but I'm not holding my breath.

For those able to paddle:
May your rivers flow without end, meandering through pastoral valleys tinkling with bells, past temples and castles and poets towers into a dark primeval forest where tigers belch and monkeys howl, through miasmal and mysterious swamps and down into a desert of red rock, blue mesas, domes and pinnacles and grottos of endless stone, and down again into a deep vast ancient unknown chasm where bars of sunlight blaze on profiled cliffs, where deer walk across the white sand beaches, where storms come and go as lightning clangs upon the high crags, where something strange and more beautiful and more full of wonder than your deepest dreams waits for you -- beyond that next turning of the canyon walls. :beer2:
