For those interested in a run from Ed Banks down to the Falls area on Sunday, I propose meeting around 10:30 at the Falls Campground.

Plan to do a maiden voyage from Ed Banks to above the falls. Anyone coming through Benton that would want to car pool. I have room for 4 kayaks and 4 people comfortably and gear inside. Let me know.

Cowper see your pm I sent again.

I'll be there with my canoe and two others in kayaks. This should be great. Where do y'all meet at? Campground by falls?

Yes, we will meet at N34.32106 W94.22734 (+/- 100 feet)

If you're not familiar with the area, we can also pick a road intersection along the way, and caravan from that point. Signs are much better than they used to be, but it is still possible to end up on the wrong logging road.

Our group is staging at the commuter parking lot at crystal hill at 0700hrs. There will be three of us in my rig and three boats. If anyone else is looking for a ride, I could possibly fit one more person in. Need a heads up though. Because it will take at least 30 minutes to get all the gear stowed, so we'll have to get there at 0630am. I can be reached at 501-three five 2-7273.

Probably have room for one more rider. 3 of us are meeting in Benton at the Congo exit, go west on service road to Home Depot. Be there by 7:15 to consolodate boats and ride. I have room for 4 boats and people. PM me if meeting us there. I will be in a moroon colored Toyota Highlander.

Thanks to Cooper, Cole, Ben, Chris and Steve for showing us rookies down the Tot today. Great water and great company. Have a happy holiday and see you on the river next year.

It was an epic day for sure.

John, it was good to paddle with you again as well.

And I did not catch the guys name soloing the tandem canoe but I always enjoy watching someone run the tot in one. You did a great job.

I got most of the day on video but may delete it so as to protect the innocent.

Hey, get this. At dinner, somebody got a fortune cookie - I don't remember all of it, but it included something like "the eyes may lie, but the nose knows..."

you could just edit out that one part and add it to the uncut version, when you release the DVD. LOL

I'm working on the video today. The only carnage will be from the falls.
