this needs a permanent sticky - really excellent

saved in my favorites - want to be sure all my friends and family see it before heading to the water

my experience at rec school a few years ago was really great, I'm sure the instruction at WW school is just as excellent

but this video really boils it down - a screening at surf & truf, instructional schools should be de rigueur

Really nicely done. Perhaps all the outfitters should link to it from their websites, too, or have it playing while people are checking in for rentals.

That's always the issue, right? How to get folks to listen!

I'd encourage everybody to share this video with friends on facebook. Sometimes our words of warning to buddies are not enough. Perhaps this video can sink the message a little deeper. I wish the video would show a bit more about how dangerous strainers actually are. People need to hear some testimony from someone who barely survived a strainer.

Best wear your lifejacket vid I've seen yet. Don't forget, facebook your less experienced floating buddies. You might just save somebody's life.
