This is a question posed to me by a friend here in Dierks:
Has anyone ever heard off Pig Pen Bottom or Rolling Shoals Ford on the Cossatot river? Any takers??
Thanks,
Tom

Ahh...the lower Tot! I've been wanting to check it out. That could be a really good resource for those of us down south. You gotta love planned releases for training purposes.

Re: Cossatot River question
In finding that one, there was a surprizing number of points on the same map marked "falls". Although the thickest concentration was where you now find Gillham Lake, there were still lots even below the dam. I've only been on about the first 10 miles below the dam; based on that I'd say they must have marked even the Class I and II rapids as "falls", but still, like you say, something else to do and maybe worth a peek if we ever get wind of a summertime release.
