Nante in August or September?

Is there another group heading to the Nante next month or September? I really would like to paddle the Nante. Did once in a rental ducky. Now ready to go down in my kayak. Would like to go with experienced folks.

Working on a date I can be off work and still want to see who would be interested in going the ones that know the river and will help a paddler whose been for the first time paddling own kayak. I have paddled down through the falls once in a ducky.

I'll be at the Ocoee from August 17-21. I'd be glad to come play on the Nany for a day.

just got home from there! man 'o man was that water cold! and crowded, sat was the biggest day noc had this year...at the bump paddle far right ..and at the falls go tight to the left bank and get a good paddle stroke as you go off, and two more fast strokes after so you don't get sucked back in. and don't for get to smile! for your photo

We were there as well on sat, Had my boys out boatin, I told them don't worry about the rapids just stay clear of all the rafts, what a cluster f$%#. maybe it won't be so bad when you go Karla.Have fun and be safe.

Don't know I will go or not. I would need to go with others that are experienced on the Nante to show me the ways down and that would put up with me not to babysit but assist if needed.
