Werner customer service is AWESOME

I mailed a paddle to Werner for some possible warranty work, but on its way UPS broke the good blade off the paddle and cracked the shaft.

Tammy at Werner emailed me and stated that they were shipping me a new paddle at no cost to me. I couldn't believe it. UPS screws up and Werner fixes it. Unbelievable.

I am not even sure if Werner would have fixed my paddle under warranty, but they didn't even care if they would have they just mailed me out another one.

I have bought several Werner paddles that I have been happy with and based upon my experience with their customer service I see no reason to buy another brand.

Thanks to Tammy at Werner my day just got a lot better!
