Update on Kurt:
Spoke with Kurt on Friday afternoon after he had gotten out of surgery to reattach / repair the distal biceps tendon in his left arm. He was having a pretty good bit of pain after the surgery. He will be in a cast/brace for about 10 days & then get another type of cast/brace for 4-6 weeks after that & then probably about 3 months of physical therapy/ recovery time after that. Hope I got these details correct. He has a long road ahead but hopefully he will be fully healed & back to paddling this fall. Please keep him in your thoughts / prayers for a full recovery. Boatball won't be the same for the rest of this season We'll miss Kurt's competitiveness & enthusiasm for the game. Look forward to having him back next season!
