Searching for your canoe polo members from the Mid 1980's

I am the author of a small book 'The History of Canoe Polo in the World' where I have sourced and written about the origins of this sport. I have written so far on the origins of 23 countries, with a chapter on the USA which is pretty sketchy and begins its trail around 1996. However, a friend from the US sent me a file with an article from 'American Whitewater' magazine dated July-August 1985 which describes that certain members of your club played canoe polo and describes the game in some detail.
I would like to be able to get in touch with some of these people to expand on this information and try to update my research to give readers a clearer picture of the game in its early day in the US.
