Ribbit Run Time

Anybody got a guestimate on the run time for the Frog from Lancaster bridge. I could swear I've done it in three hours but I'm having a senior moment.

Can do it in 2.5 hours if you paddle hard all the way and don't stop to play. But why would anyone every want to do that? :)
