Yellow folks, I've been looking at a couple of boats and would like some opinions. I'm currently paddling a Dagger GT 8.1 which I have been pretty happy with...tons of volume(76 gallons) for re-surfacing and big water...comfortable, very comfortable!...but, it feels too dam* big. That's my only complaint, I guess. It's the right boat for my size but still feels too big. Just wondering if an H3:245 or a Burn might feel more the right size since they have a little less volume? Don't know anywhere to try either out...I'm in Spfd, MO. I'm 190 lbs but my top half is kinda short! Just wanting some input on these two boats. Or, should I just keep what I've got and get used to it???

I had a dagger gt and a burn.

both in large as I am anywhere from 210 to 220 pounds depending on time of year.

GT is an ok boat, but my opinion the Burn is a much better all around river runner and decent creeker as well.

Do not know if you would be best in a large or medium Burn but the Burn design worked well for me and I can recommend it.
