Join us for the inaugral running of the Buffalo River Adventure Race! This is a good race for beginning and intermediate racers as well as the more experienced racing teams. Choose from either 8 hours or 12 hours of continuous adventure racing through some of the most rugged and beautiful land in the Arkansas Ozark Mountain Region. This race includes a challenging river course (8-15 miles), mountain biking (15-30 miles) and trekking (8-12 miles). The paddling section alone will be worth the effort on The National Buffalo River near Ponca, Arkansas. This is an incredible venue for adventure racing with loads of steep and rugged terrain, beautiful spring-fed rivers and thousands of acres of forest with a variety of choices to navigate.

Teams will traverse through the beautiful and rugged mountains of the Ozarks. Teams of four and two will use their skills, endurance, and determination to complete this tough, but fast course. Solo and relay racing opportunities will also be provided.

Plans are in the works to utilize an online leaderboard application that will allow your friends and family to watch your team's progress during the race!

Please pass the information along, we hope to see you there!
