My notes show it was Mar 28, 2005 when a group of us last ran Section 1. That access road, that we worked hard on and made passable, is now behind a new gate, well hidden and grown up. So we went for a secondary put in that we had found back then as well. So here's a little footage from our recent vist of this section of the SFLR

Yes, that was your Captain under that dastardly (and nearly invisible) sycamore root while still in my boat. Not as serious a situation as it looks on the video, but no fun at all.
