It's Chester's fault with that filmed confidence question.

Hope it's just bruises. A couple years ago, just a few miles upstream at Alice's, I tore my left shoulder and it took 9 months to get back to normal.

I miss you guys. Take care.

Ouuu Kate, I was afraid of that, but you can take it and dish it out too! All real women have bruises, LOL! .

Yep, just a nasty looking bruise.... my first real encounter with a rock. Oh well... it was bound to happen sooner or later...
