Lake Norrell land use issues

With the rains of the past two days Lake Norrell has refilled and water is going over the spillway. I have not been by the spillway as yet, but expect to before the day is out. The coming rains will surely put it into prime condition. Please mark your calendars for Monday's Benton City Council meeting to just make a presence or do whatever you might feel is 'right'. If we see injustice we have an obligation to act.

I fully agree that organizations do the right thing. In this case, members of the Arkansas Canoe Club, as a vast majority, leave a float with more trash than they started with!
