Skin trout, filet, wrap in seaweed wrap, add rice, and onion, eat w/soy sauce, enjoy. No cooking necessary.

Well . . . BSA QAC summer camp 2011 was a huge success and is now history. The kids loved the White River Adventure. As for the trout fishing. I didn't fish. Others did though. See the attached picture. They were deep fried. Tasted pretty good.

Kim! Remember Jeana Williams? She was one of the leaders. Did not fall out of her canoe :clap:
