I think we ought to have a Buffalo River Birthday Party for Eric.

I'm calling for a do-over. Blew leaves for 6 hours yesterday. Planning now for Buffalo river trip somewhere this weekend. Don't know where or when yet, but Susan says she wants to go if she feels better. She hasn't run a fever in 3 days, but she is not back up to her normal yet.

If anyone wants to do a Buffalo trip this weekend, we are open for company and can run shuttle. Susan would be in the Skreem and I would be in one of the canoes.

Things still up in air, watching weather, and gauges. We are thinking maybe a day trip Saturday. Sunday is now supposed to be rainy and my neck has been a little more creaky of late. But as Cowper said, it sure beats the alternative.

Maybe the rains they are calling for will keep the levels up for next weekend!
