Dang thieves, Someone get a rope! Call the police and make a report and hopefully a serial number. It'll probably show up for sale in a not so local pawn shop in a month or two. Pawn shops don't want to loose money so they won't tell you weather they pawned it or not. At least that's the way they try to do here in Little Rock. They do have to list all their pawns so the local constabulary can check at will.

Dang boat thieves, man ! Can't leave a door unlocked in the city of fayetteville....and apparently not a boat on top of a vehicle ! What B.s.
I bet weun's can catch em tho. Please post a pic if you got it. I do better identifying others property with a visual versus a description.

Re: CREEK BOAT STOLEN!!
I’m sorry to hear about your beloved creeker, rfrakes.
I also own an M3-243 and am pretty attached to it. Has kept me safe in harsh environments as a good creeker is designed to do. It is solid orange and I’ll know one if/when I see one. Will keep both eyes open.
Sadly, it has gotten to the point to where I always lock my boats to the locked racks on the truck. Record serial #’s, and have my name in them (the law requires this out west in a lot of places). I saw Cowper’s post regarding the “Found” thread and would like to add that locking a boat to a rack, even if you are just going out for a day, will go a ways as a deterrent. It won’t stop a determined thief, but it will sure slow them down. In fact, most of your average low-class, rat-bast**d thieves will not even jack with a locked boat. They are scum that just look for an easy target and being the no-account scumbags they are will pass it over for an easier target. You can’t just knife a couple of tie-downs and lift it.
You didn’t say if you had your sweetie locked down or not, but it is still a shame that we even have to consider that and as a member of the Human Race I am sorry we do.
My deepest sympathies, rfrakes. Hoping for a happy reunion and just a little justice.
I apologize to the Message Board, but I just hate a fricking thief worse than just about anything. I know some others who have had their boats ripped, and some of these were SOT’s that belonged to the kids. These lowest-forms-of-life have no idea what they are doing to the people who mean the most. They are not just stealing a boat, but stealing The Dream.
I’d give them a boat to use if they ask, but I will never be able to forgive them for taking a child’s Dream Come True.
On the Watch, rfrakes.

Re: CREEK BOAT STOLEN!!
You know what really stinks and still sticks in my craw. Bouts thirteen years ago now I had a yak stolen from my yard by either the owner or one of his cohorts. Being I was in said possession I wound up having to pay for it. The "OWNER" said he would take me to court if I didn't pay for it.
Bastard! He still live in my community too.
Guess what! Karma will take care of his Dumb A..!

Re: CREEK BOAT STOLEN!!
I dont want to list the identifying marks as I am sure the serial number has been scratched off. It wasnt locked but it was on top of a really tall sprinter van. I would'nt think a boater would steal it so if you see a creek boat hauling a case of beer down the Elk and it just happens to be a Pyranah, well I think you might have found the boat. Thanks again.
