What's up with the Cadron link being "attached" to the Buffalo/St. Joe?
Am I the only one having this aggravation? How do I check it?

Something fishy must be going on at your end. The link works normally for me. But I did notice that the Buffalo at 65 is the next gage up; maybe your mouse is off a little bit. Move the pointer lower and try again!
