Kings River Gauge at Marble?

USGS says it would cost about $6,000 per year to maintain. Is there enough interest to get a broad (broader at least) group to fund such a thing?

Seems it would be mighty helpful. I live in Texas and would not fund directly but I could give to a little to a group that had an ongoing interest in river and riparian issues in the great state of Arkansas.
