cossatot falls camping

I am riding the ouachita challenge saturday and thought about camping at the falls friday night and bringing my boat. Haven't been there in at least 15 years.

Do you need a reservation to camp there if I get there early afternoon? Is there any chance there will be enough water to goof off at the falls for a while tomorrow? I am pretty confident it will be too low for a run all the way down, but I don't know how low the falls can be "run."

No reservation required. Water level is rising but already enough to do some fun stuff in falls.
