Also: please bring something to keep your coals off the ground. I use a poultry feed pan and also have an old pizza pan that works.
There will be a couple of chimneys and a propane burner for quick start up. Lots better than lighter fluid or newspaper to get the briquettes going.
If any cooks are under 18 years of age, they will need a parent/adult to accompany them in the cooking area.
