Rendezvous Dutch Oven cooks: check in here please

If you plan on entering the Dutch Oven cook off at Rendezvous, please reply to this post and/or shoot me a text at 501-nine one two-8884. Don't tell us what you are cooking, just trying to get a head count to know how much charcoal to buy.

Also: please bring something to keep your coals off the ground. I use a poultry feed pan and also have an old pizza pan that works.

There will be a couple of chimneys and a propane burner for quick start up. Lots better than lighter fluid or newspaper to get the briquettes going.

If any cooks are under 18 years of age, they will need a parent/adult to accompany them in the cooking area.
