Fisher Ford 3.85 3-8-14

Post by kru1 » Sat Mar 08, 2014 6:42 pm

Got a chance to get out to the Ford today in the cold weather. Haven't seen the Ford at this higher level, I've only been there when it was about 2.75. The upper wave was more of a rooster tail, not bad for a long boat but the shorter boats were having trouble. Lower wave looked nice but we didn't try it.

Sweet tandem action Underwoods! Sorry I missed it. I'll be heading to the ford for the next few afternoons to enjoy the high water and warm air. Hope to see ya'll back out there tearing it up-M-

Jerry- I'm heading out there right now. I plan on going again both tomorrow and Tuesday. Come on out and play! Not sure what time, but I'll holler Tuesday and let you know. Or I might just see you at the Buffalo meeting. -M-

Jerry - Big fun at the ford today! Nice pushy level. No new boat yet. But if this guy from North Carolina doesn't trade his original Blackfly at ALF this week, I may have one real soon. Here's the pix he sent me.-M-
