Thanks to Louis for another great Eminence trip!
This one topped them all! Perfect weather! Beautiful Fall colors!
Thanks to Heather for leading us on The Pulltight Springs hike! All "three miles" of it.
It was a highlight of this trip! Always good to see old friends and meet some new ones!

Thanks Heather, Karla, Edgar, Phil for the good words.
It was a SPECTACULAR five days up there. The color, the company, paddling, great autumn temps, nighttime rain to bring the river up: just everything! Over the 5 days we had 15 paddlers from five states: Ark, La, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, with nine in one day being the biggest group.
The paddling highlight was Tuesday's run on the upper Current from Baptist Camp to Cedargrove. This small, twisting part of the river averages 30 - 60 ft. wide with plenty of tight bends and rugged terrain. Thanks to EVERYONE who joined us.

Wish we could have paddled more with a day break in between. Next time I will need to take more days off work if I have enough hours saved up to take off of my earned time off. Wish we could have paddled the other sections ya'll did but we will another day, another time.
